All products are manufactured to your special order so on placing your order we make your border especially for you.
Your border will take approximately 3 days to manufacture, and it is then sent out to your specified delivery address. However, given that delivery services can greatly vary, we would recommend that, on placing your order, you should allow up to 15 working days for it to arrive with you.

Whilst we do our utmost to adhere to these delivery times we are sure that you will appreciate that we cannot be held responsible for postal and/or delivery delays as these are outwith our control.
All borders are allocated a consignment number which we can forward to the customer if they wish to track their order.
Please note that we will only know if you have not received your border if you advise us!

All deliveries are by reliable carriers and delivery "tracking information" will be supplied on request.
